We have a call back list, where we schedule you for maintenance depending on your scheduled preference (bi-yearly, yearly or 3-5 years) and call you in advance to remind you that your system needs to be cleaned.

We do not install septic systems, however we do offer professional referral.

Your septic tank holds wastewater from the home until solid debris (sludge) settles at the bottom of the tank and lighter waste rises to the top to form the scum layer. The middle layer is clarified liquid, which flows into an outlet line and is gradually dispensed through a drain field.

You can use a package of baking yeast mixed with warm water and flush the mixture down your toilet. 

You can also use Rid-X according to the instruction on the box.

If you know the area of the tank we can use a probe bar to locate the tank. If you have no idea and have working water; we can flush an Artie locator down the toilet and it will send a signal to our hand held device.

We would like someone to be home for form of payment and to flush the toilets to make sure everything is in working order before we put the lid to your septic tank back on.

We take all contents to be disposed of at Struthers’s Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Septic tanks vary in size from 500 gallons (for older systems) to 2000 gallons depending on the make and model of your tank. Residential septic systems installed after 1990 have a mandated minimum tank size of 1,000 gallons.
